I remember over two decades ago, when I was a young woman full of aspirations and ambitions. I dreamt of making it big and having big impact, I just didn’t know how to go about it. But growing up in a very small village in Spain, it wasn’t long before I was told I’d never get to do anything important with my life, and to stop being so difficult and “fit in” with everyone’s way of living. For a while I tried to conform, ending up sick and depressed, losing any joy for my life and my future. But in my true rebellious style, I decided to listen to myself and ignore the naysayers. So, with a suitcase packed with clothes and $500 in my pocket, I left Spain and everything I knew behind, and I haven’t looked back. Over a period of 10 years, I went from starting my first job as a Hotel Receptionist in London to climbing the corporate ladder and becoming a Hotel General Manager in Australia for one of the largest hotel companies in the world – after just giving birth to my daughter!


Soon I realised that my passion laid in growing people, not businesses. I am motivated by a desire to help women grow and succeed, with no hidden agenda. So I decided to leave my big corporate role and become a catalyst for change to enable more women reach leadership roles. Since then, I have worked with hundreds of women across a variety of industries worldwide, and my job fills me with such meaning and passion. Some days I still can’t believe that I get to help women succeed in business!

I know first hand how difficult it can be to break free from obstacles to our success, and I can assure you that you are not alone, and more importantly, you don’t have to do it alone.

Over the last 5 years I have made it my mission to get a full understanding of the issues affecting women in reaching leadership roles, and have interviewed all types of women, from the most successful women who have reached the top roles in politics, corporate and entrepreneurial arenas, as well as many women who are finding it challenging to break through the glass ceiling and reach the top roles.

Having accrued over 3,000 individual coaching and mentoring hours working with women in leadership worldwide, I have come up with a roadmap to help you reach your leadership aspirations, the skills you need to develop and how to overcome the challenges and obstacles you may face along the way.  


This research-based program focuses on the specific needs and capabilities of women – and provides the knowledge and support they need to succeed and contribute added value in their roles as leaders. How it Works


PROGRAM LENGTH: 3 months
FREQUENCY: Twice a month, 90 min classes, with some homework in between. Note: all calls will be recorded so you can listen to them anytime, anywhere. 


CLASS SIZE: Under 15 participants
EFFORT: 2 hours per week

MODEL: Mentor Coach- led – each session will be comprised of a short lecture format, group coaching and mentoring with all participants and action planning excersices to help you work towards your goals and stay accountable for moving forward throughout the program. Group work will also be an important requirement to help you get the support from other women on the same journey as you.
