Executive & Leadership Coaching, Mentoring and Training services for Leaders and their Teams

Services

I provide one-on-one confidential, executive, leadership and expatriate coaching and mentoring. I offer coaching and mentoring services to small and medium-sized organizations as well as individual assignments where I believe I can add value. I also develop and facilitate customized workshops, seminars and group coaching based on the individual needs of the client. Additionally, I provide mediation services in order to create conditions for constructive, collaborative conversations, and I am a qualified human behaviour specialist able to perform and develop DISC profiling assessments.

Coaching sessions are held regularly – weekly or fortnightly – usually for one hour per session. My executive and leadership coaching assignments are generally six months to a year in duration, whereas the individual assignments are generally from three to six months in duration, depending on the degree of the outcomes desired. Although every assignment is unique and tailored to the individual, the focus may be on one or more of the following areas:
