Isabel Valle is a rebel with a cause: empowering women to reach their full potential as leaders and entrepreneurs. With over two decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and mentoring, Isabel has dedicated her career to breaking barriers and inspiring women to step into their power.
Originating from a small village in Spain, Isabel defied the odds and rose through the ranks of the corporate world across the globe, ultimately becoming a General Manager for one of the world’s largest hotel chains. However, she soon realized her true passion lay in helping others succeed.
Now, Isabel works tirelessly to support women from diverse backgrounds in their leadership and entrepreneurial journeys. She has led empowerment and educational events around the globe, helping women navigate the challenges of the modern workplace and unlock their leadership potential.

I know first hand how difficult it can be to break free from obstacles to our success, and I can assure you that you are not alone, and more importantly, you don’t have to do it alone.
Over the last 10 years I have made it my mission to get a full understanding of the issues affecting women in reaching leadership roles, and have interviewed all types of women, from the most successful women who have reached the top roles in politics, corporate and entrepreneurial arenas, as well as many women who are finding it challenging to break through the glass ceiling and reach the top roles.
Having accrued over 5,000 individual coaching and mentoring hours working with women in leadership worldwide, I have come up with a roadmap to help you reach your leadership aspirations, the skills you need to develop and how to overcome the challenges and obstacles you may face along the way.
Our research-based programs focus on the specific needs and capabilities of women – and provides the knowledge and support they need to succeed and contribute added value in their roles as leaders.
