Pause Before Answering<br data-start=\"5876\" data-end=\"5879\" \/>When silence emerged, he waited. Often someone stepped forward.<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"5947\" data-end=\"6063\">2. Ask \u201cWhat Do You Recommend?\u201d<br data-start=\"5975\" data-end=\"5978\" \/>Not \u201cWhat do you think?\u201d<br data-start=\"6002\" data-end=\"6005\" \/>But \u201cWhat do you recommend?\u201d<br data-start=\"6033\" data-end=\"6036\" \/>Ownership language matters.<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"6068\" data-end=\"6150\">3.
