data-end=\"3243\">You might wonder: <em data-start=\"3099\" data-end=\"3144\">Can I really train myself to lead this way?<\/em><br data-start=\"3144\" data-end=\"3147\" \/>The answer is yes \u2014 empathy, like any skill, can be strengthened through awareness and practice.<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"3245\" data-end=\"3283\">Here are three simple ways to start:<\/h3>\n<ol data-start=\"3285\"
