data-start=\"4765\" data-end=\"4838\"><strong data-start=\"4765\" data-end=\"4776\">Courage<\/strong> to say what needs to be said, even when it\u2019s uncomfortable.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li person\u2019s dignity.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4916\" data-end=\"4986\">\n<h3 data-start=\"4918\" data-end=\"4986\"><strong data-start=\"4918\" data-end=\"4929\">Clarity<\/strong> to ensure your message builds awareness and direction.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"4988\" data-end=\"5061\">This combination turns feedback from confrontation into <strong data-start=\"5044\" data-end=\"5623\">\n<li data-start=\"5176\" data-end=\"5270\">\n<h3 data-start=\"5179\" data-end=\"5270\"><strong data-start=\"5179\" data-end=\"5204\">Start with intention.<\/strong> Ask yourself: What do I want this person to feel and take away?<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5271\" data-end=\"5369\">\n<h3 data-start=\"5274\" data-end=\"5369\"><strong data-start=\"5274\" data-end=\"5307\">Speak facts, not assumptions.<\/strong> \u201cI noticed\u2026\u201d is always more constructive than \u201cYou always\u2026\u201d<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5370\" data-end=\"5439\">\n<h3 data-start=\"5373\" data-end=\"5439\"><strong data-start=\"5373\" data-end=\"5408\">Balance candor with compassion.<\/strong> Be real, but never reckless.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5440\" data-end=\"5531\">\n<h3 data-start=\"5443\" data-end=\"5531\"><strong data-start=\"5443\" data-end=\"5476\">Invite dialogue, not defense.<\/strong> Feedback is a two-way
