They don\u2019t need perfection. But it\u2019s the opposite. Vulnerability is a leader saying:<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2208\">\n<li data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2085\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2085\"><em data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2083\">\u201cI don\u2019t have all the answers, but I trust us to find them.\u201d<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2141\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2141\"><em data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2139\">\u201cI made a mistake, and here\u2019s what I\u2019ve learned.\u201d<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2208\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2208\"><em data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2206\">\u201cThis challenge scares me too, but together we can face it.\u201d<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2393\">Far from diminishing authority, this kind of honesty builds trust. It shows courage.
