And that takes courage.<\/h3>\n

Because many of the leadership habits we need to release today\u2026 are the very ones that once made us successful. They helped us survive, achieve, climb. But now, in a fast-evolving, human-centered world, they might be getting in our way.<\/h3>\n

Here are 5 leadership behaviors I see most leaders unlearning:<\/h3>\n

1.\u00a0Being the One with All the Answers<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the past, leaders were rewarded for having the solution. But today, leadership isn\u2019t about being the oracle\u2014it\u2019s about being the catalyst. Great leaders ask better questions, hold space for others to shine, and create shared ownership of decisions.<\/h3>\n

2.\u00a0Confusing Control with Clarity<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Control feels safe\u2014but it often stifles initiative and trust. Modern leadership requires clarity of direction, yes\u2014but also freedom for people to experiment, challenge, and adapt.<\/h3>\n

3.\u00a0Operating in Constant Urgency<\/strong><\/h3>\n
