It sneaks in during moments of pressure, competition, and uncertainty\u2026 and it quietly robs you of your potential.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"889\">I&#8217;ve seen it in boardrooms and team meetings, in performance reviews and business planning.<br data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"812\" \/>And I\u2019ve felt it, too\u2014especially in the early years of my leadership journey.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"983\">But here\u2019s what I\u2019ve learned: \u00a0<strong data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"983\">Scarcity shrinks your leadership. Abundance expands it.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1032\">\ud83d\udeab What Scarcity Thinking Looks Like<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1226\">\n<li data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1083\">\n<h3>\u201cThere\u2019s not enough time to do this properly.\u201d<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1141\">\n<h3>\u201cIf I support them too much, they might outshine me.\u201d<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1199\">\n<h3>\u201cThere\u2019s only one promotion and we\u2019re all competing.\u201d<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1226\">\n<h3>\u201cIf they win, I lose.\u201d<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1352\">These aren\u2019t just thoughts. They become strategies. And those strategies slowly create\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1351\">low-trust, low-impact leadership<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1392\"><\/h3>\n<h2 data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1392\">The Research Backs It Up<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1660\">According to\u00a0<em data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1431\">Harvard Business Review<\/em>, leaders who practice\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1476\">abundance thinking<\/strong>\u00a0foster higher innovation, engagement, and resilience. I believed success was limited, and space for women in leadership was even smaller.<br data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2092\" \/>But I was wrong.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2229\">The more I shared, supported, and expanded my vision\u2014<strong data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2184\">the more I grew<\/strong>.
