Mindfulness & Meditation
Even five minutes of intentional breathing helps interrupt automatic negative loops and restore clarity.

Affirmations & Visualization
Speak the new beliefs aloud. Visualize yourself acting from growth, not fear. It’s not fluff — it’s brain training.
